Selanjutnya terdapat Kampung Handicraft yang digagas oleh ibu-ibu kreatif dan terampil, khususnya dalam membuat kerajinan. Mulanya, kerajinan tersebut hanyalah sebuah hobi. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, mereka menyadari bahwa kerajinan tersebut memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Maka dari itu, kerajinan tersebut pun diperjual belikan untuk menambah penghasilan.
Sudah dirintis sejak tahun 2004, Kampung Handicraft yang berada di Jalan Kedungsari, Kelurahan Wonorejo, Kecamatan Tegalsari, Surabaya ini mendapatkan pembinaan dari Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Surabaya. Para pengrajinnya mampu menyulap karung goni dan kain blaco menjadi berbagai macam produk kerajinan, seperti tudung saji, dompet lukis, sapu tangan, dan lain-lain. Kerajinan tersebut dapat kalian pesan dalam jumlah banyak untuk souvenir pernikahan, kegiatan perusahaan, dan lain sebagainya.
